Our Team

Our dedicated staff is the heart of South Valley Residence.
We employ licensed care aides and nurses who have decades of experience and treat every resident as they would their own parent.

Meet our Site Manager

Kristine Mae Canton is a Registered Nurse with more than a decade of international healthcare experience and a deep commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. Her career has taken her across the Philippines, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada, giving her a well-rounded clinical background and a strong understanding of diverse care needs.

Kristine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 and went on to complete additional training in Health Services Management in New Zealand, as well as Medical Laboratory Assistant certification in Alberta. She is professionally registered as an RN in the Philippines, the United States, and Canada.

Her experience includes renal/hemodialysis nursing, leadership roles in healthcare operations, long-term care support, and medical laboratory work—strengthening her clinical accuracy, leadership abilities, and commitment to resident well-being.

Kristine joined South Valley Residence in 2025, bringing with her a blend of clinical expertise, operational insight, and genuine compassion for seniors. Her approach to leadership is rooted in dignity, professionalism, and continuous growth, making her a trusted and valued presence within our community.
