- Main floor rooms have dishwasher (second floor rooms do not due to them being convertible)

- Full ADA layout with turning radius’s throughout
- Main floor units have balcony
- All units have small storage room
- Full Shaw satellite TV package HD/SD
- Secure Entry with intercom in lobby
- Sprinklers throughout the facility for fire safety
- Pharmaceutical deliveries
- Elevators for second floor residents
- West facing main floor units can access their unit from the parking lot if they choose (direct entry)
- Access to many clinical care services already in house servicing the assisted and memory care units
- Bright modern interiors
- Access to pool and fitness room in hotel via the ped link (free for all independent residents)
- Access to restaurant and Tim Hortons via the ped link ( no need to get cold to get their coffee)
- Access to assistant living dining room with ability to order meals during meal times (charged to resident)
Memory Care/Assisted Living Rooms
- All rooms have ADA washroom with roll in shower
- TV with Shaw satellite TV package
- Stackable laundry unit in each room
- Small fridge and microwave (microwave only for assisted living)
- Independent temperature control for each unit
- Full closet/wardrobe
- Use of family rooms for visiting family members
- Pharmaceutical deliveries
- Physician visitations
- Access to all other areas of the facility including garden room, media room and dining room (this does not apply to the memory care ward)
- Bariatric facility for those who qualify
